Very nice staff
A little kindness towards the customer is required....there is no need to respond rudely.......
The sales assistant with glasses and black hair is extremely rude. Shame
We went for my 15 year old son's healing swab. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. They let us enter the tent while a lady was doing the swab. Once the swab was done they told us to wait outside, with other people. After 5 minutes the nurse came out loudly announcing the results of the various swabs, indicating the interested parties one by one! The code to download the report was provided to us only upon my request and written by hand on a post-it!
I went to this pharmacy to carry out a quick unhygienic swab. The nurse, whose hand was not very delicate and very invasive, said to me laughing: "eh dear, you have to bear it"! It would have been more human and correct to exclaim : “I'm sorry, I know it's an invasive treatment” without laughing! Getting vaccinated is a choice, being delicate is too!
