Extreme courtesy and professionalism
Thursday 9 November 2023 at 3.40pm I went to the pharmacy for a CUP reservation and they replied that the CUP service was not possible today because there were only 2 people serving. Empty pharmacy there was no one. I leave the conclusions to you.
I asked for a Zithromax equivalent on prescription to get it for free after an operation, they gave me the original for a fee. I go back to ask why something didn't add up and they tell me that yes, they have the equivalent. They change it for me and say goodbye without giving me back the money I had just paid, for which I had to ask again. Shame on you, defrauding people who are sick and need care! This time I pretend to believe that the business is run by abused monkeys, next time we'll see what finance thinks.
Very efficient, helpful and kind staff, well-kept and always very clean interior space, well-organised exhibition spaces with quality products. Easily accessible, ample parking, accessible entrance for all types of users.
Friendly staff. Well-stocked pharmacy.
