I frequent this pharmacy occasionally, when I need routine things like Tachifludec or the cough syrup on duty. Today I came in looking for a face cream. The sales assistant, very kind and nice in her manner, put their branded product in front of me as a low cost proposal, a medium priced product and a high priced product. I asked if I could try them and he replied that "there are no samples, because they don't send them to us". The first pharmacy in the province without testers for face creams. I pointed out that you can't buy something that then has to be put on your face without trying it and in response he showed me a cream for €4.99, for which the open tester, who knows why, is there instead. I left without purchasing anything and I think I will always keep them in mind for simple things, when I can't go somewhere else.

Excellent, well-stocked pharmacy, friendly and helpful. Contacted by phone, they had the product I was looking for, they put it aside for me and I conveniently stopped by to pick it up. Convenient ample parking

The doctors are fantastic, especially Francesca and Stefania, available and prepared and then there is hardly any shortage of medicines and even if there is, they find them in a very short time... huge car park and speedy service. Keep it up!

I enter the pharmacy to be served, another customer arrives after me and the pharmacist ignores me completely and serves the customer who arrived after me, as if I were invisible. If this is the level of professionalism I would say we are in bad shape.
