Farmacia Comunale - Sestri Ponente

Although during the Covid peaks the pharmacists had to work alone and manage many customers, they never lost their kindness and competence. To this day they continue to work as always: hard, with seriousness and kindness

It is an excellent reference point for the upper part of Sestri. All the staff are always very calm and kind, unlike other pharmacies where confusion reigns. Lately I have seen a new doctor who is very patient and ready to help the customer with the purchasing guide, with advice and suggestions. Very nice and definitely suited to working with the public, as well as obviously competent in the subject.

So far excellent attention especially one of the pharmacists, today unfortunately very bad for that only 2 stars, I don't know if I will return unfortunately, I'm sorry but the pharmacist today I expected very, very unpleasant and pedantic....

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for quite a while. I have always had a great time, very kind doctors, available and competent in giving advice and for all my needs.

Indiscreet staff who are too interested in customers' personal matters. Poor, if not absent, protection of customer privacy by those who work behind the counter. Not recommended.
