I have been constantly using this pharmacy for over 2 years due to my seriously ill wife and I have always found courtesy and professionalism Unfortunately I found that both times a certain person served me this did not happen. After waiting my turn I needed to pay a ticket, he arrogantly replied that I would have to wait further to clear the queue. I say if you can't do a service, don't do it. I advise the person I'm talking about to calm down a bit, after all he doesn't have such an unpleasant job like many others.
The doctors at the pharmacy are very helpful. The service provided is truly excellent because they are always open, from Monday to Sunday. Tireless workers serving the neighborhood
This pharmacy has a team of serious, competent professionals with infinite patience. If that wasn't enough, they have a humanity and friendliness that makes them unique.... In the past it was my doctor's support pharmacy and I have always received courtesy and kindness as well as availability but yesterday Sunday I had an emergency medicine and I found myself faced with great rudeness, arrogance and unavailability. I gave one star because I couldn't have less. Next time I'll go to Pescetto even if very distant and uncomfortable.
I often need swabs for traveling or specific drugs or products that cannot be found in Belgium and I am always impressed by the quality of the service of this pharmacy. From the competence, kindness, from the quality of the « Made in Italy » products... where I live there are no pharmacies like this, which, despite the uninterrupted flow of people, always keep a smile... which remain calm despite the permanent complaints of the Italians ... in short, very good! You are lucky in Italy to have pharmacies like this!
