Farmacia Comunale Spezzano

I often go to this pharmacy and have always had a good experience in fact I often find rude customers in front of me, I wouldn't want to be in the pharmacist's place, they have a lot of patience

I went to the pharmacy this morning and found a person whose name I don't know (woman, middle-aged, long brown hair) making reservations/tests, to say the least irritating... while she was trying to serve at the counter in front of the counter. customer posed as "wise" with the novice pharmacy staff... to me, who went to book tests for my wife, he told me that perhaps it was better for the interested party to go and book... but how dare you!!. ..if you want to lose customers keep this person behind the counter!! I will never go to this pharmacy again!!!! this

Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than one star. Going to this pharmacy today for the first time and certainly also the last, I was served by an elderly lady, half blonde, with zero professionalism and without a minimum of education. BUT HOW DO YOU MAKE PEOPLE SO INCAPACITY TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC???!!!

Every time I have been to this pharmacy I have always found little professionalism. It happened that the pharmacist did not serve customers because she was busy reading messages. But today the peak was truly reached: there were around 5 or 6 people outside the pharmacy (therefore in the square) waiting for our turn. The pharmacist comes out, shouting the name and surname of the girl to whom she had to give the swab result, and tells her out loud in front of everyone that she is positive. The poor girl also had to give her social security number and phone number with many people within earshot having to talk remotely. I found it very serious, with no respect for people and their privacy. Go elsewhere if you need to get a swab done.

I'm from Maranello and this morning after calling to check if they had a certain brand of cosmetics on sale and above all they had a specific item, I received a quick and kind response. I went in person and received equally kind and professional treatment.
