I called to find out if a vet was available (knowing that they never have any in stock) "Hello, sorry, I would like to know if you have any medicine" and I waited to understand if it was useful or if I could talk... the answer: "Ah, there are medicines we have many, we should narrow things down a bit"....I thanked him and said goodbye. I didn't know I had called Zelig... I know the difficulty at the moment in finding staff in pharmacies, but a minimum of selection perhaps wouldn't hurt sometimes.
Good morning, I am surprised by the complaints about the employees and it is true that we have been through a sad period but now it seems to have been overcome thanks to the small pharmacist and the pharmacist with little hair. 1 star since they changed staff. Rude and always unhelpful! There are never the required drugs, they always have to be ordered and they always provide the wrong times to collect them. Even though I have this pharmacy near my home, I prefer to travel a few more kilometers rather than need them!
Terrible service and absent courtesy. Served by a blonde and arrogant lady, without a minimum of kindness or common sense. In a pharmacy you also expect a bit of humanity, especially if you have just been discharged from a post-operative hospital stay. I will never go into it again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. Avoid it.
