You call this pharmacy and an automatic responder asks you for the "access code", I would like to be able to communicate by telephone with a person and I couldn't get there because I don't know the access code.
I am amazed by the few (fortunately) negative reviews of this very well managed pharmacy, with always kind and knowledgeable pharmacists. You need passion in this job and they are an example of this!
You made me pay lactoflorene plus 30 capsules €15.90!!!! I have always paid less than €7 in other pharmacies. Only because I needed it on Saturday. I'll never set foot in your fucking pharmacy again!
I went to this pharmacy to buy a cream, at the time of payment the price that the pharmacist told me was not the one on the display, I pointed out the price discrepancy (obviously higher than the display) and the pharmacist hastily justified the matter by saying that it had evidently increased during the night. At that point, customer-focused service would have apologized for the error and would have applied the price shown on the shelf under the product. Unfortunately this was not the case. I will never return to this pharmacy again.
