Farmacia Comunale Via Triumvirato

I am very happy to have found a pharmacy where the manager and staff are truly kind and helpful. The director is a trained and professional person and ready to give useful advice if needed. Even in crowded moments they are always very available and ready to satisfy customer requests.

While waiting to be served I came across the reviews of the pharmacy and, disappointed with the latest ones I read, I must say that, practically only buying from this pharmacy, being the closest to home, I have always felt good. It is true that the staff changes often, but I have always found kind and knowledgeable doctors, especially the director who always managed to resolve problems due to my needs in time. Highly recommended pharmacy

Even though the pharmacy in via del triunvirato is the closest and most convenient to my home, very often I am forced to move to the ones in via Emilia, to avoid encountering the rudeness and arrogance of an employee, some even tell me he is the "manager". ! UNTHINKIBLE to propose as director a person so incapable of having contact with customers, practically: like ruining a business! Now let me explain why it is so little frequented!!!!! A REAL SIN.

Twice the DIRECTOR let my father leave without asking for the tax code and did not hand over the regular tax receipt!!! He only handed over the ATM payment receipt!!!! The first time my mother went IMMEDIATELY to dispute it and he arrogantly dared to reply that my father had lost the receipt along the way! BUT IS HE KIDDING US???? WHAT A CHANGE OF WORK!!!
