I have been buying the same drug every month for 5 years, at the same recommended price in all pharmacies in Italy. From them a +5% (and there was no increase).

Punctual online purchase, shipping within 48 hours, in the last two orders the samples were missing and many products I need are not available or only one box and therefore it is complicated to reach 100 euros for free shipping. Overall, the products arrive well packaged and correct with receipt.

I went to the pharmacy and ordered a parapharmaceutical that was not available. Assured by the employee that I would have it in the afternoon, I paid the amount due. Given that I presented the box to place the order, when I went to collect it in the afternoon I realized that it was wrong. I pointed this out to the same employee who had ordered it and was told that I had to wait until the next day. I asked to cancel the operation and to get the money back. Without going into detail, I'll say that the lady literally threw the money in my face and walked away. I take the money and go towards the exit following the route taken by the pharmacy. I come across a pseudo doctor who rudely invites me to stay away because there is COVID and she was comfortably on the phone doing her own business. Now I wonder...but where have education and professionalism gone? Not only the error was probably due to the fact that the employee, instead of looking at the box and ordering what I requested, was busy discussing with a colleague about her shift change which made it easier for her to go to the gym for lunch. Sir, to work you need professionalism and education, everything else is incompetence
