Premise: I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the experience I had at this pharmacy pushed me to share my disappointment. I recently went to this pharmacy and I have to say it was an extremely bad experience. Not only did I encounter a rude and annoyed pharmacist, but I also discovered that the same drug I was looking for was available in other pharmacies at a much lower price (half the price I paid). As soon as I entered, I noticed that the pharmacist seemed annoyed by my arrival. When I tried to ask her for some information regarding the drug I was looking for, she responded in a curt and unprofessional manner. I tried to explain my situation, but the pharmacist seemed completely disinterested. What left me even more disappointed was discovering that the price of the drug I purchased was practically double that of other pharmacies in the area. I don't understand how it is possible that the same medicine can cost so much more in this place. I feel cheated and taken advantage of as a customer. Sin!

Rude and annoyed pharmacist. I go in, say hello, she doesn't answer, she keeps looking at her cell phone. I ask her if she has the drug, she looks at me as if I had asked her for heaven. But stay at home, tinkering with the sacred cell. This happened on 06/17/2022 h. 1.15pm. Now I understand why there is never anyone... it's still shameful

Professionalism equal to 0. I needed lactic ferments... I wasn't asked what format I needed and I was sold the most expensive ones and, moreover, being a dialysate, they were unusable for me. Thank you!!! To never again.

Truly the worst pharmacy I've ever seen! Arrogant and spiteful staff to their own detriment. Unprepared and ill-disposed.
