Fast , client oriented. For rapid Covid test you don't need to wait
Rudeness to the extreme.
I felt better before. Mebo bureaucracy with customers. Now it seems a bit like ostentatious kindness to me. Dr. Danila is greatly missed, she always managed to comfort everyone with her smile. This new Dr. is also very kind (very tall, just to clarify) but I miss Danila a lot.
Compared to the other 2 pharmacies (and 1 parapharmacy) in Corso Genova, I find that Lloyds Pharmacy is the best. I am surprised to read that some customers have found staff to be less than courteous and helpful (evidently a bad day happens to everyone...): personally I have always found great kindness and politeness and I have always been treated as a "patient", rather than as a "customer". And, not least, I have always found the medicine I needed (either because it was already present or because it was ordered and delivered quickly).
Very bad. Today I went to the pharmacy to order a vital medicine for my dog. I had a prescription sent to me by the vet via email (since it is located in another region). The lady literally shouted in my face with an annoying and very thick accent that she would not order the drug for me. I explained to her that I had never had problems ordering the drug and that it was enough to print the prescription. He continued to rant in a very rude tone and, annoyed, I went into the one exactly next door where I found a lady who, without any problem, printed the prescription and ordered the medicine. With all the pharmacies in Milan I highly recommend them to work on kindness and education. Fundamental skills even when it is not possible to satisfy the customer.
