Very rude male clerk. When we talked to him, he ignored me. Very arrogant and rude attitude. Even giving medicine casually, without explaining anything. When I asked him the dosage and frequency of taking the medicine, his answer was: take as many times as you like. And he also said the wrong dosage! Poor attitude and poor professionalism. I very much doubted he was racist when I was polite the whole time, and he treated me so differently than he treated anyone else. In addition, his arrogance towards patients who came to buy medicine also made me feel very uncomfortable.

We experienced an outstanding service by Bruno. He was very attentive and took the time for all our concerns, provided us with the necessary medicine and took care that we could transport it in a cooling bag through Mailand. Thank you, Bruno.

I did my rapid Covid test today 21/03/22, and had a very great experience with the staff, they were really polite and efficient. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the opening time, so I was the first. The total time that I was there was around 25 minutes, 10 for the test and another 15 minutes for the results. I want to say thank you to the doctor who was very kind. I really recommend this place.

Needed a rapid covid test for return to US. This pharmacy has a testing location on the side of the building and no appointment was needed. Staff members were polite and very helpful. Total test and wait time was about 25 minutes and cost 15 euro. Highly recommend if you're in Milan and need a testing location.

Unbelievably rude and arrogant. And it’s a shame because they are in the center of the city and the forefront with all tourists. I ordered a very important injection and I was told that by Monday morning at 9 would be available..:/ obviously it was not … horrible
