Ignore negative reviews. This is an excellent pharmacy with outstanding customer service and very well priced. I lived in Milano for over 1 year recently (and still travel yearly). During the whole time I lived there, this pharmacy and staff members always handled my medication and needs professionally and always well priced, and extremely prompt if something was out of stock. The pharmacy was a 25 minute walk from my apartment however I always went back because of the nice people working there and the professionalism. Being of Italian heritage and also being a tourist, the staff really make sure you are taken care of. Thank you and see you again soon.
Please avoid it all cost. She is extremely rude and every items are over priced than other stores. (It was over 45euro but, it is normally 35euro.) It was a horrible experience.
This was such a rip-off. Being a tourist, not speaking italian, helped her give us the most expensive products. With a simple search on google with the products, you can clearly see that the price here is higher with around 4€/product. Even so, she seemed kind, but in reality she just wanted to sell us the type of product that was more expensive. DON'T BUY FROM HERE IF YOU DON'T SPEAK ITALIAN!
