Very cooperative

Dear gentlemen, good evening. I'm Manlio Savettiere. A few hours ago I was at the only pharmacy that can support us workers in Via Manzoni, the aforementioned one. This morning a kind Doctor who usually mans the cosmetics counter looked after me very scrupulously, giving me paracetamol and vitamin C due to some ailments. During the afternoon I still felt very cold and had joint pain. I kindly asked if it was possible to measure the fever (under the advice of my colleague whose temperature had been measured some time before) the response of a young lady behind the medicine counter was that the meter was not within reach because it was located on the lower floor. Another very professional and dutiful (foreign) doctor suggested to the "miss" to retrieve the thermometer personally but was dissuaded by the firmness of the intern. I find all this truly unacceptable. Good evening.

They gave me two packs of a medicine that expired two months later, it had never happened to me. Basically I won't be able to use one of the packages. What can I say, either they were in bad faith, or distracted, I don't know which attitude is worse for a pharmacy. Why didn't I bring back the packages? I was in Milan for the Christmas period, I live in the province, I noticed it when I returned home after a few days.

Excellent pharmacy, well stocked, excellent service, staff who speak more than one language and are always available to help customers and provide everything they need. Doctor Karem Ahmed, I found him to be a very knowledgeable person and the fact that he knows how to speak Arabic and English as well as Italian, I saw him interact with some people who had difficulty communicating in Italian. Despite being in the center it is difficult to reach by car, but very convenient by public transport and allows you to take a nice walk in the fashion triangle. Highly recommended
