I am on holiday in Milan staying at the hotel Manin. I needed to get a covid test and the hotel advised me to go to the pharmacy around the corner where they charge 15euros. I went to Comotti pharmacy and booked an appointment. I returned after an hour for my appointment and was greeted by an older lady who said she was the manager. She said I did not have a booking and to leave. The girl who took my booking was hiding around the corner and would not come out. She was too busy doing her make up. The manager said “we don’t understand” then said she would do the test but charge 30euros. When I questioned her saying her colleague said 15euros she said 15 for Italians and 30 for YOU foreigners. She then told my wife to wait outside even though the pharmacy was empty and we both wore the ffp3 masks correctly. Basically avoid this place if you aren’t a local resident. Also avoid if you aren’t white

Very nice people working there, helped my girl when she was having small panic attacks. Very appreciative of what they did

The owner is a very rude and aggressive person with both customers and employees. Furthermore, the prices of non-medical copay items are inflated compared to other pharmacies! I give one star only because 0 is not possible.

The owner screwed me. He sold me 20 ffp2 masks at €2.50 per mask, whereas now the regulatory price is €0.75. The masks are still made of plastic, I realized it, I wanted to get a refund and she refused. Given that we are in a health crisis, I'm really shocked. Oh, and he also called me « foreign f*** » (I'm French). No I will never go back there again, how mean and rude
