The current staff, led by the new director Dr. Gennari, is not only competent but also very helpful and patient with elderly people who are insecure and unaware of pharmacology. Seeing is believing.

I thank the pharmacist who is the only person, in almost 1 year of taking isotretinoin, in ALL MILAN (because I will have seen I don't know how many drugs this year), who met my needs in a courteous, calm and polite. He seems to be the only professional I met in Milan who understood that those who request this drug are in critical situations and must be helped, sometimes even with explanations regarding the bureaucracy of this drug, and not chased away like lepers at the first difficulty that arises (it happened to me in many pharmacies). Professionalism also means empathy, unfortunately I give 4 stars and not 5 because the colleagues were not equally empathetic. I will continue to be a customer.
