Rude, next time I'll go to the one further up

I came in with a copy of a normal, complete doctor's prescription, printed from my email. Equal in every part to another common recipe. Having presented this to the pharmacy, the pharmacist rudely pointed out to me that at that moment, by handing me the medicine, she would have made who knows what exception given the invalidity of the sheet because it was printed. Making me pay the full price (€18 compared to €7/8) he handed me the drug, telling me that I could however come back for a possible refund with a voucher. On my way out, I greeted and thanked the same young lady who, despite her arrogant and presumptuous service, didn't even dignify me with a 'thank you, goodbye', and moreover hastily and rudely left the package on the counter without having wrapped it. It was the first case of problems for a very common printed recipe. I understand that the problem is not with the pharmacy but with the pharmacist in question, and therefore I still think it is appropriate to share it.

Fantastic you find any product really well supplied. On the outside you will find a gazebo where you can do nasal swabs... very convenient. Very friendly staff indeed. 😉

Bad management of the public, I called asking for a medicine, they answered at 7.29pm (closing time 7.30pm) I was in front of the pharmacy at 7.31pm and after making me run they didn't open the door...rude and uncivilized
