They don't respect privacy very much, and they make it clear to everyone present which visits you have to make, without regard for the person's privacy, I went to book a visit and it was an embarrassing moment, I don't recommend it!

Terrible service! I only go here because they do swabs without an appointment and my job doesn't allow me to organize myself by booking them. I've never had a good time as the owner, I think she is, in short, the more "older" lady, has always been less than courteous and very hasty. Kind only to those who seemed and suited her, I saw very little respect and patience on her part, especially for those elderly people who are a little "loose" and perhaps even a little deaf who go there to get their medicines and meet little difficulty in making themselves understood and getting what they need, given the lack of sensitivity of the lady pharmacist. Having said that, this morning at 9 I went to get swabbed, I queued quietly, paid my 15 euros and got swabbed. At 11.00 I still hadn't received the message, so I try to call the pharmacy, after 15 minutes of continuous attempts I manage to get on the line, the pharmacist (the owner) answers and puts me on hold, in the meantime I hear all the conversations with other customers, their pathologies and so on….holding the phone busy for 15 minutes I swear, and then throwing the phone in my face!!! Congratulations for your professionalism!!! Furthermore, I called back saying what had happened and they didn't even bother to look for a plausible excuse and apologize for the inconvenience! Once this swab and green pass drama is over they will never see me again!!! I've already left him too much money.

A simply shameful service, there is no parking and they respond badly to customers. The owner is full of herself and despite knowing there is no parking, she starts acting as a traffic policeman instead of a pharmacist, go elsewhere😉

They have always been, everyone including the owner, very kind and friendly, whatever doubts I had they have always given me good advice and are also very well equipped.

Today I went to this pharmacy to get a swab and serological test, a doctor served me. very attentive and very kind, explaining to me how the different activities were carried out and explaining the results, I was pleasantly impressed by the courtesy and good manners of the doctor.
