Terrible tampon service. They swab you standing there, outside the pharmacy, in front of all the other people in line, as if we were animals. I force you to wait out there in the cold for the outcome and they announce it out loud in front of everyone present. So much for privacy!!!! In other pharmacies you take the swab while sitting, closed in a small room and then you can go home. If you test positive, you will be called by the pharmacy with full respect for dignity and privacy. You can do without a service like this.

To be avoided unless you want to listen to chatter about other people's private lives, standing in line waiting for half an hour, truly no regard for those waiting, never again. "Therapy" as you like to call it, go and do it in the appropriate places and outside working hours, there are plenty of bars around for "therapy", or even the living room at home since it seemed to me that it was among old people friends, not when there are clients, because then instead of therapy this becomes rudeness and ignorance. If you really want to continue chatting when there's someone else waiting in line, first of all you don't stop to do just that, but you do it while you're doing something useful, like preparing the bill or look for the desired product, if one really wants to continue this conversation which has nothing to do with one's work, yes because you have to tell things as they are, not climb on mirrors looking for an excuse( !), we can all say that we are doing "therapy" when we avoid doing something, but fortunately most people know how to discern whether it is or not, so one of the many ways to remedy it, assuming there is a will ' of wanting to do it, is to say for example to our best friend "sorry dear, do you mind waiting a second as there are some customers waiting? Let's continue talking about the curlers and bim boom bam immediately after", well, this should be done , also because if for example someone starts playing football inside the pharmacy while waiting, because sport is good for you and is therapeutic, do you think it is acceptable? For me, no, just as this refusal of one's responsibilities towards customers who are not part of one's circle of friends is unacceptable.

Beautiful and excellent pharmacy. Only once their computer showed 2 packs of an antiviral for herpes but they had disappeared from the warehouse. I had to go to another pharmacy because I was in an emergency but I imagine they investigated and sorted it out and it absolutely doesn't affect my opinion of them which remains decidedly high.

Professionalism, competence and kindness are the characteristics I find when I go to this pharmacy. Always ready to listen to my problem and immediately find me an effective solution. Really good!!
