We had an emergency on New Year's Eve (an elderly person with other pathologies), we went there because it was indicated as the pharmacy on duty, and we went with a doctor's prescription, but we were still treated with rudeness and as if they were making us a favor. We had also warned, in order to give the staff more comfort, but the lady who came was visibly annoyed, so much so that she didn't even greet us when she arrived. I realize it was worse for the poor girl who needed tampons, but as far as I'm concerned this is a terrible service...

I'm giving one star just for reviewing. Excellent pharmacy for the day, but, in my personal opinion, the night shift should be done by many kids who have the desire and above all education. I went with complete tranquility and kindness to buy a decongestant medicine for the nose and I was told they didn't have what I was looking for. I ask for an alternative and it comes with 3 sprays (one of which is for cough)... At that point I am told with an almost annoyed look "we have this!" as if I had gone there to disturb. I wish you a good night and not even a polite greeting. Absurd.

It was the only pharmacy on duty and the employee didn't want to sell me a pack of tampons at 10.45pm, even though he came to the counter. She said, “tomorrow morning” (as if I could move the period to the next day). I have read the response and take note. Furthermore, I would like to point out that I did not "call" anyone: the employee was already at the counter because he had just concluded a sale, and therefore, personally, I cannot say that I encountered the "courtesy", "availability", "kindness" that I read about in other reviews.

Good pharmacy with trained and helpful staff, well stocked for its sector with a wide choice of products and not just drugs. Easy to reach given the location with small parking in front. It is advisable to improve the flow of customers due to the Covid situation, otherwise everything is normal.

One star just to make a review, because people need to know that the night service is terrible. I had to beg to be given medicine because my son had a bad ear infection.
