Doctors trained and always available 24 hours a day. Courtesy and a lot of patience are the main characteristics but above all the willingness to advise and follow the customer.

Very rude staff towards foreigners. A pharmacist discriminated against me for my Italian pronunciation. I do not recommend foreigners to go to this pharmacy!

The staff were very good and very kind. I appreciated that the role of two medicines was explained to me which elsewhere I would have been sold both of (unnecessarily). Always attentive and very practical! A thousand thanks!

English version below: Terrible customer service. They are very racist to other country people. I received some coupons from the municipality to use in the pharmacy. I came in 2 days ago and asked if they would accept it to buy a facial cleanser. An older woman at the counter said yes and asked me to get a print out and I was trying to use google translator to translate and ask if they had a specific face wash, meanwhile she stopped and said you can bring print first and then we'll move on. He seemed so rude as if he would only help me then. I mean, why would I come back if they don't have the product? Despite saying that I still said I just needed some information and asked her if they had a 2% salcylic acid face wash and she immediately refused. I walked around the store and found two very popular products with the concentration I asked for. I felt really bad about his behavior, who deserves it? What if I were an Indian or what ever? Anyway, today I grabbed a printout of the coupon and got in line to purchase the product I wanted. She recognized me and saw the paper in my hand while I was in line and she was already serving the customer in front of me. The guy before me also had a coupon and purchased something from Vinchy products and she accepted. When it was my turn I went to the other counter and the old lady interrupted me to say that I have a printout and she can't accept it for products other than medicines etc. This was the peak where it was so evident how rude these people are. So I informed the lady at my counter that she had agreed to take the coupon 2 days ago and she asked me to get the printout and finally they gave my products with the coupon. The other lady who invoiced our products said this is not the right time to come in with coupons and in the end she didn't even give me the invoice for my purchase. You get money from the commune, you don't give me free products. what if I gave you some money or a coupon? it's the same. You can't be rude to customers and say this isn't the right time to see. Please learn customer service first.

Trained, competent and always available staff, professional without ever forgetting humanity..provided to the maximum and if a medicine is not there, they order it and it arrives the next day..Dr. Franco is always a courteous and competent person..I recommend this pharmacy always also for the many homeopathic products and for the line of curly products created by them which I find excellent and with competitive prices..
