Order placed on 4/10, no news on the 17th. I called customer service, sent a whatsapp, no response. I called the International Parapharmacy in Ercolano directly and a person answered and told me to leave my number and name and that I would be called back. I opened a dispute on PayPal and magically they called me after 10 minutes saying they would ship today... no comment
Placed an order on April 20th: in the personal area it only appears as inserted. I tried calling all the available numbers: the only one who answered wanted my name and surname and number. by phone: he says they would contact me again. It does not end here.............
Placed an order on April 27, 2024. No response. Did the Neapolitans with registered office in Florence give us the package?
I wanted to buy on their site but I immediately changed my mind....I have dealt with many pharmacies for online purchases but the rudeness and lack of availability of those who work there has never happened to me anywhere
Purchased online for the first time and after 1 week no news on shipping and customer service does not respond.. Not recommended..
