Very helpful service for a Rapid Covid Test by Gianmaria. Highly recommended. We got our tests on Sunday morning.

I very rarely write reviews, but when you feel cheated then I think it's a must. I purchased a very expensive and non-reimbursable drug, it was delivered to me and unfortunately it was not the one suited to my needs, that is, the formulation was the same but I needed the preparation packaged with the syringe (obviously this detail of the marketing with two packs was not clear to me reported by the pharmacist at the time of purchase). I asked for an exchange by presenting the medicine with an intact box and receipt... nothing... you can't exchange it for "my safety too!?!". Perfect!! You can keep it, I don't need it, but I will never set foot in your pharmacies again even if you have the last remaining life-saving drug (in that case I will go to the Boschetti where they are more welcoming and kinder). PS. I had to put one star but the rating should be 0 star.

Rude staff. Instead of giving information, for serious problems, they try to sell supplements. The blonde elderly lady, I think Doctor Baracchini, is incompetent, it's not the first time this has happened to me.

Staff were rude to say the least, despite their inattention in serving me they wanted to put the blame back on me. To my request for explanations they responded with indifference and indifference. I definitely won't go back there again.
