Really terrible, we ordered a product that can be found immediately and easily in other pharmacies (Dramigel).. and they told us to come by in the afternoon at 4pm. At that time it hadn't arrived at all because they had had problems with the warehouse... they told us to come back the following morning, they didn't even have it the following morning!!!! (And we don't know why) In short, they were just wasting our time without giving us any ordered and kindly requested products... when it was enough to simply tell us: "We don't have it, ma'am, go elsewhere!!!" Not recommended because the service was truly too inattentive and truly unprofessional... (they didn't even offer me another option and didn't even apologize much for the inconvenience caused). They definitely lost a customer, you don't behave like that!!!!

I have had the opportunity to observe the professionalism, availability and attention to listening of these pharmacists over the years. Definitely a point of reference, thanks to them I found good advice for assistance for my mother.

Unfortunately, there are too many cases (confirmed, including me) with positive self-tests, go to this pharmacy, take a swab performed with absolute sufficiency (stick just inserted into the nostril, "soaking" in the test tube for 1/2 seconds), obviously negative result and Green Pass release, only to then test positive for a molecular test performed less than an hour after the negative test from the pharmacy. (and I remember the positive self-tests). We kindly ask for more attention and professionalism. You cannot send out obvious positives with symptoms, with a negative result and a Green Pass. Thank you.

I have been using them here for years, when you ask for anything they know how to give you a lot of information and advise you on the best... VERY CAREFUL, KIND, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT... I absolutely recommend this pharmacy
