UNRELIABLE. Customer SATISFACTION is not their priority. The ORAXIM drug which was temporarily missing and paid for in advance would have been available for collection on 14 December. On day 15 the drug was still unavailable as the GP's prescription was no longer available. Given the understandable complaints, the pharmacy advised them to return to the doctor to refill the prescription, and in the meantime they would call if the drug was available again in the pharmacy. As of today, December 27th, we are still waiting for the availability of the drug and the related amount has remained in the pharmacy cash register. Suspended no. 4365
20% price increase for thermal arnica compared to the parapharmacy 1km away is simply ridiculous in my opinion
I'm Laura. I entered the Cusaro pharmacy as I was passing through and not from Galliate. I was greeted with a kindness and professionalism that few have. You can see it when a person loves their profession so much and dedicates themselves with so much love and passion. I hope it can serve as an example for many other people. You are unique
The pharmacy provides an excellent service in all fields: competence, availability and professionalism. The pharmacist owners are really good, supported by an equally valid team.
