Excellent pharmacy and excellent staff, my mother and I always go there when needed. The only flaw is a pharmacist with short black hair and glasses who responds very badly to people. Today I had a fever, I wasn't well at all and I had to take a swab, a very sweet pharmacist with long, dark hair, maybe her name is Francesca, told me to go to the cashier to fill out the pre-swab form, but when I arrived At the checkout I was told very rudely by the lady with short black hair to get back in line. Luckily a very kind guy let me through. Despite this very unpleasant episode which made me not want to meet that person again, the pharmacy is of high quality and all the staff (apart from one person) are truly helpful. Best regards to everyone, recommended pharmacy. For me it still deserves 5 stars!

terrible experience for rapid swabs with reservation we waited more than two hours. from the outside they sent us inside the pharmacy, where they registered us TWICE to no avail. They wanted a photocopy of my identity card and tax code so I went to the nearest stationery shop only to find out that they weren't needed. obviously you don't want to let the kids move on? but up to what age are they considered children? even fifteen year olds?
