I have been a customer of the pharmacy for more than 10 years, I have always found friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fully stocked with everything and if not available immediately, I am able to procure it in a very short time. Dr. Stefania and Dr. Teresa are nice and very professional, but also the two doctors are always very kind and helpful. Thank you 🤗

Courtesy and professionalism

If I could I would give 0 stars. The elderly lady who served me was very rude and racist towards me. I entered with the scooter, the lady caught me again, then I apologized twice, I told her I didn't know. but she continued to TAKE ME BACK. Then while I was asking her for the products I wanted to take, she deliberately didn't understand me, I had to repeat what I needed 3 times. When the others spoke, however, he even heard the whispers. Furthermore, he agreed to SELL A DRUG WHICH REQUIRED A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION TO A GUY WHO DIDN'T HAVE IT AT THE TIME, whereas with me HE DIDN'T WANT TO SELL ME A large-sized DRUG with the excuse that the prescription was needed. I explained to her that I had taken it here the last time without a prescription....and in her uncaring way she brushed me off by selling me the small-sized drug.

I went to the pharmacy for a swab test for my 3 year old son, the person in charge of the swab test was bitter to say the least, annoyed by the fact that after almost 2 hours of waiting in the cold my son was starting to throw a tantrum, during the swab test he complained because she didn't sit still and even took the liberty of telling him that he is a spoiled child....for everything else, excellent pharmacy but never swabs again
