Well stocked, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful
Purchased a pack last night for a pregnant woman. Once opened it did not correspond to what was purchased. We immediately asked the GP who recommended the change, and here comes the fun part. The pharmacist told us that it's not her problem as it's the supplier's fault (HER, not mine), refusing the change or a voucher, all in a really rude manner. Keep away.
The lady with white hair (the older one) is really rude and gruff, unlike the others who are very friendly and helpful. I'd say it's time to retire!
The doctor gave me the vaccine, very kind. The very kind and helpful employee, Giovanni, always has this attitude, the opposite of the rude lady. Congratulations to the employee Giovanni is the doctor, I recommend to the lady an intensive course in attention to the public.
