GROUPY DOCTOR. About 1 hour ago I entered the aforementioned pharmacy and was immediately served by a kind and professional girl. When the moment of payment arrives, I show my card to pay via POS, but once I place it on it it says "transaction denied". However, the notification from the bank arrived on my phone confirming the payment had been made and the money had indeed been deducted from the total balance. At this point the staff who welcomed me called the doctor to have "a hand" in understanding whether the transaction had really taken place or not. So I inform the doctor that the transaction was completed for me and he responds with an arrogant and rude tone by stating that what I had in my hand was worth nothing, but only what he had. In my response I asked for further verification or in any case a way to understand whether the payment had been successful as it appeared to me or in any case denied as it appeared to him and therefore, if so, to avoid paying double. At this point, huffing and nervous, he calls customer service for clarification. As far as my thoughts are concerned, I think that there could have been a more noble behavior on his part and instead of being arrogant he could have said very politely: "look, even if the transaction was confirmed for you, unfortunately it was not successful. .. You will see that within a few minutes the deducted money will certainly return to your card balance" There are ways and ways of addressing a customer and apparently, reading the other reviews, I wasn't the only unlucky one. I won't go back there again. I feel obliged to give you some advice... Change jobs or try to improve the relationship you have with your clients, otherwise you will lose them all 😉

Absolutely not. Lack of professionalism and friendliness with customers. Grottaglie is small, but there are plenty of better pharmacies. I suggest opting for any other pharmacy other than this one.
