I went to this pharmacy in November and they recommended some fabulous ferments that they don't have in my region. In February I contacted them via email and they were available to send me the ferments to Sardinia in a very short time and every evening I included some welcome free samples in the package. Super friendly and helpful staff both on site and via email.

Super trained, courteous and smiling staff. I wish there were more places like this in Livorno. Every time I have been, I have been very happy with the kindness and helpfulness I received 🤗 they always offer sweets to my children ❤️ thank you

I am writing to tell you about my misfortune in getting the medical certificate for me and my daughter. I go to the appointment 5 minutes early and wait. Not seeing anyone, I knocked on the door and the doctor was dismantling the electrocardiogram machine, explaining to me that he hadn't been told about the appointment. Luckily, the kind doctor reassembles the device and carries out the electrocardiogram, explaining to me that the doctor in the adjacent room would have given us the certificate. We go out and there are 4 people in line for a visit and one for a certificate. I get in line and wait about 40 minutes. At my turn the doctor sees that it is for a sports certificate and, a little upset, she lets me out, explaining that it is a courtesy she does to the pharmacy but her patients come first, I explain that I paid for a service and that in my opinion it is a sin. of disorganization. I took leave to work and luckily I managed to do it. But 3 people after me who went to the appointment on time didn't find the doctor who left after us.... I was really disappointed!!!
