UNCOMMENTABLE. I went to the pharmacy during the night service (9.30 pm) and, faced with a request for help, the pharmacist's rude and annoyed response was “Didn't you have anything to do on Saturday evening? You could have gone to the doctor.” I think there is no need to even comment on such incompetence and negligence.
Terrible pharmacy, when you call the medical guard and the medical guard says to take a certain medicine you go there and they don't even give it to you because it is inappropriate for them to take it. But how dare you?!? Absurd!! You're on duty, people have to come there, what does it cost you to give them the right medicines?!? What's more, one pays them more for the night but oh well at least give the right one!!! BAD SERVICE
Uneducated and unprofessional staff. In the presence of a queue of people who were each waiting for their turn outside (even for 1 hour), a doctor, seeing one of their FIXED customers arriving, goes out to have the gentleman give him the note needed to collect a booked medicine. Following the complaint of the entire queue who felt cheated, the doctor justified herself by saying "but the gentleman is a customer". An explanation that makes everything more serious. There were people queuing there for the same reason, some to collect some to buy a simple aspirin, but evidently an occasional customer does not receive the same treatment and respect as a regular one.
Unprofessional staff in customer management and ethically incorrect. On 22 January 22, at least 30 customers were present in front of the pharmacy waiting for both drugs and operations related to Covid tests, no indication was given for the various needs but despite this, the customers civilly disciplined themselves. A customer skipped the queue and was served directly by the pharmacy staff despite the heated demonstrations of the other bystanders. When asked for an explanation for the unprofessional behavior, the pharmacist stated that the customer was "regular". This statement appears to be serious and ethically wrong as preferences are evidently made between patients who should enjoy equal treatment! Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
Good morning, today on November 4, 2021, the assistant who did the swabs seems to be against Novax and due to her wickedness, the swabs caused someone a lot of harm! Will she get tired of doing it?! He must know that he doesn't do them for free and he must not do them in that way to harm people!
