Furthermore, he had an absolute delicacy and made me feel at ease! All this is not to be taken for granted, in another pharmacy I happened to notice that they don't change the gloves between one patient and another!!

I ordered a product in the morning and they told me it would arrive by 3pm. To be safe, I arrive at 5pm but the product had not yet arrived. I wait three quarters of an hour, in vain. To my complaint, the pharmacist, with wonderful candour, replies that they used to come by first. It wasn't a life-saving drug I should have bought. But in the pharmacy I'm certainly not looking for a record or some chips. And I expect the product to be there at 3pm. Now at 6pm I have to skip taking my daily tablet because it's Saturday and the other pharmacies are already closed.
