Kind, helpful and professional even close to closing time
A few days ago I accompanied my grandmother to carry out a covid swab... Apart from the time of the appointment not being respected (but that could be the case, it is not to be condemned, unforeseen events could happen) but they carried out the swab without having us fill it a CN form with the data of those who carried out the swab and without that they gave us anything CN the negative result at a cost of €30. For charity.....
Terrible.. and unprofessional. Almost impossible to find antibiotic for children. I call and they tell me they have it and they put it aside. I'm going to pick it up once it's gone... People like that should change jobs
I find one sales assistant in particular, who has always been free of charge, sour, pedantic and only apparently kind. Now I almost don't use this pharmacy anymore, only for emergencies. A former client.
