Thanks for wasting time on sunday... wrong opening hours - totally closed on sunday.
I am a regular customer of the pharmacy and until today I had never had anything to complain about. This morning, however, I received terrible treatment... together with me they served a lady who was kindly offered a gift for Women's Day while I... who was next to me... was only presented with the bill! I felt like a second class customer. They lost a loyal customer.
I was served by the Covid mood pharmacist: the only one still wearing gloves but who treats you the same way! Certainly affable behind the mask, he even gave me the samples!
Courtesy and good assortment. Excellent pharmacy with the possibility of purchasing well-being and body care products. It also offers other support services.
They don't dedicate themselves to customers when there is no tangible economic return. Today, in fact, they refused to activate my health card, claiming that it was not possible in this period. They advised me to go to another pharmacy and, following their advice, I will no longer go into their shop, even though I live opposite it.
