Very friendly and helpful staff. English was good. They discreetly helped us with two separate problems; one of which, may have had us cut our vacation short. Made us feel welcome and not at all awkward. They approached us when they saw we were having problems with trying to read the product packages. Moto Grazie!
Gave us incorrect covid tests that the air line Ryan air would not accept!! So had to pay for more tests at the airport!! When requested to have it translated to English -like the airline requested- they said no because they didn’t have our passports. Have them done at the airport in the future
