I went to this pharmacy with my girlfriend for an evening emergency. This was the only medicine shop open in the city at night. Before going there we called to find out if what we needed was available. Some free parking spaces are available outside. The sales people served us very kindly and explained how to use what we purchased.
Discourteousness and rudeness personified. I was there as a pharmacy on evening duty for a haemorrhage... the "Doctor", already annoyed by the fact that I was entering from the wrong side (which was not signposted for that matter) opened the door and shouted at me and replied to my request that there are It's only for emergencies (and that really was) and that I should have remembered what was needed during the day... without even considering the fact that it had been an event that had suddenly struck me... otherwise I wouldn't have gone there at 11.30pm. I advise the "Doctor" to take advantage of the numerous tranquilizers available in his shop and that perhaps the time has come to do something else. That is a profession that must be done with the heart.
Always kind and attentive.... My mother Iris's favorite pharmacy... Who turns to you and always has a courteous answer for all her problems..
Always friendly, competent and with a smile which is rare in the modern world!
