We went this morning 12/20/2023 at 11.30 am with my sister to take the swab to access the hospital department... they told us to wait as there were only three of us.... we waited for more than half an hour now, but not even the slightest sign of a swab... they say they have to clear out the queue first, so after 45 minutes of waiting we decide to leave... we go to another pharmacy where they immediately carry out the swab... Put one star because zero stars is not possible... Zero organisation....I won't go there again...
2 stars because I don't find them competitive for some products: I bought a pain relief cream paying almost double the market price. Ditto for lactic ferments. Another thing, the waiting times are really exhausting due to the slowness of the staff. Also negative is the fact of talking about their business out loud, between one station and another, with the customer in front. But do it during breaks!

Prices above average. Some products without a medical prescription are best purchased online. They are cheaper
