Apart from the slow service that I don't experience in other pharmacies in the area, today I wanted to change a medicine I had taken with a prescription. I was given the equivalent because I was told that the drug I needed was not in production and they explained to me that the active ingredient was the same, so far so good, too bad they didn't point out to me that the format is different (the original was the pill and the capsule substitute). At the time I didn't notice but the problem is that I needed the pills because I split them. When I went to change it I was told that the prescription had already been sent and I had to get another one... Apart from the money spent, the prescription cannot be refilled before a month so I have to buy the drug at full price, but what should I do with the medicine I don't use? I understand that it's not a serious shortcoming, but I still find it a shortcoming

Furthermore, it also takes care of a very important aspect of the social and health life of the community by also providing the anti-covid19 vaccination service which, at the moment, has been relegated by our leaders to a non-problem having effectively abolished the various vaccination hubs which makes it difficult for us ordinary mortals continue the vaccination cycle beyond the third dose. From next week it will also provide anti-flu vaccination hours. All that remains is to offer our best compliments to the excellent Dr. Antonio Zaccariello for his foresight and for having restored dignity to the pharmacist's profession which is not just selling medicines but offering a complete service to its customers and patients. Truly an excellent example for all his colleagues (?) or presumed such... 🙄

Purchased supplements for the first time in this excellent pharmacy, everything was perfect, fast shipping, despite paying by bank transfer, which usually takes a few days for shipping, however to my great surprise I received the goods within 48 hours. Pharmacy stocked and easily accessible. After looking for eye drops in several pharmacies in the area I decided to call the Santo Spirito Pharmacy. The pharmacist, very kind, put aside two packs of eye drops for me which I came to collect the next day. Despite being located near the center of Pozzuoli, the pharmacy has private parking, a notable advantage for customers. Clean and tidy environment, absolutely recommended!
