Excellent pharmacy! Really friendly and kind staff! Equipped with everything and always open! Advise!!

I went in with a Senegalese friend to buy some eye drops and bandages, there were two quite old employees, no response to the greeting, when we asked for what we needed they gave us what we needed, I paid. I unwrap and put the patch on my friend's eye and the lady (curly hair with glasses) looks at us as if we were doing obscene acts, to which I ask her if there was any problem, the lady doesn't answer. I say hello and thank you, no one answers. At which I raise my voice and say hello again. Nothing I would just say terrible and very rude pharmacy to say the least..

Negative experience: in the morning I order a product, I return in the afternoon to collect it, as agreed, I find the product, unfortunately not the prescription which had been withheld by the doctor. The doctor present searches for her in vain and tells me I'll let you know. I also had a prescription on the prescription, so I have to go back to my doctor and ask for a duplicate. The superficiality is total and I wonder, what if these were life-saving drugs? If I could I would give -1 Star!!!

So, instead of calling the police, my mother returned home with the doubt of having been made fun of “Gentlemen, it can't be done” I was clear by calling you as soon as I found out the fact and, in person, I will be even more clear by returning the goods to you Elena Volpe

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's very nice to know that you enter a pharmacy and that you are being looked after for your problem. The beauty center is interesting, laser hair removal is worth trying. Excellent promotions.
