The pharmacist who followed me this morning advising me on water retention during menopause was very kind and very knowledgeable.

Update: they ask me to remove the review but when I talk about "two pharmacists" I'm talking about a woman and a man, not two men. Upon entering this pharmacy I ended up in an unreal world: two pharmacists followed a customer around the shop, showing him various products, no greeting when I entered, I waited in front of the counter totally ignored for a couple of minutes: when I was about to leave, a he other seemingly kind doctor asked me what I needed. He asked me for the prescription for an OVER THE COUNTER drug (subsequently confirmed by my local pharmacist), tried to divert me to a more expensive product and, finally, told me that the drug I have been taking for years "DOES NOT EXIST" in the version 20mg (but I have it at home!) and that I should have chosen between 15 or 30mg. She also made me believe that I was remembering incorrectly, I would have liked to have with me the information leaflet I had at home to tell her that yes, it exists, maybe she could say "we finished it". I left there with an unpleasant feeling and I think I will use it elsewhere.
