Availability, kindness, professionalism and great competence. I could stop here if it weren't for the fact that I've known these pharmacists for years now and I'm forced to add that what I've listed are only the defects... Jokes aside, in addition to what has been said I also confirm that they follow customers as if they were family friends , always remembering everyone's specific problems and advising every possible remedy with true altruism.

Very bad experience. They do not accept regular medical prescriptions that come from Campania. Assumptions, misinformation and rudeness. It goes without saying that the same recipes, however, are valid in all pharmacies in Bologna. In fact, after 5 minutes I found what I was looking for elsewhere, and so on the previous and subsequent days. Congratulations and best wishes.

Friendly, competent and customer oriented. I asked to measure my blood pressure, they advised me on how to best use the drugs prescribed by the doctor in case of sudden changes and they invited me to come back after a few hours to measure it again

Very kind, they remember and care about their customers. They kept the receipt for a deductible purchase aside for the next time I stopped by.
