Terrible! The worst in Viterbo. I don't know how they are still open. They never have anything and you have to book, never once do I go and immediately find what I'm looking for!!
Extreme courtesy and professionalism. It is not obvious to find the two things together in all pharmacies.
I have never felt comfortable in this pharmacy. I have tried several times but it's always the same situation there.. even if the staff is "apparently" very kind they always create problems when giving out the medicine even*** having the doctor's prescription*** .... however by going to other pharmacies it is resolved immediately without problems... it also happened to me that they asked me for example 45 euros and then they tell me don't worry, we'll leave the bill at 40 which makes me doubtful. . They didn't give me a receipt, just one like this and the price written in pen... which is very strange because I also work in a shop and I know that these things can't be done... I put a star out of courtesy because for me has 0
I bought anti-sunscreen here yesterday, factor 50, own brand. This red-haired Dutch girl was sunburned again in the spring sun, I also spent hours in the sun on the Via Francigena. The cream did its job well today. It is quickly absorbed and my skin feels nice and soft now. Unfortunately I don't speak Italian, but the lady behind the counter spoke good English.
Too bad we don't have more than 5 stars available!! I went to this pharmacy yesterday with my 5 year old daughter who wanted to get her ears pierced but was a little scared of it. Well, even though there was a large turnout, we were welcomed with courtesy, kindness, professionalism and without any rush. Two very sweet doctors distracted the little girl and pierced her ears at the same time. Fantastic experience and not at all traumatic and this is thanks to those who already do their job well, but add a good dose of empathy that reconciles you with the world! Special thanks to the doctor of Sicilian origins.
