Today was the last time I was your customer, you didn't warn me that the mucolytic comes in 30 sachets instead of 10 and after realizing it you didn't solve my problem, offering me an absurd solution to a problem not caused by me, the The person who served me should have told me before giving me the receipt that he only had the €30 one. Goodbye. Reply: Good evening to you, it is absolutely not true that you pointed out to me that the pack of 30 is more convenient until after I returned to ask for clarification, and I see to my regret that your choice is to go on the attack, good , then let's specify that if the 30 sachet product is the most requested, I'm of little interest and it doesn't mean it's the right one for me, you should have informed me before giving me the receipt, so as to offer me a choice. As for the "very few euros" as you say, let's say they were 5 euros and let me tell you if they were a lot or very few considering that with 5 euros I could feed my one year old son for 1 day, I think that choosing to going on the attack was a mistake for you. Remember that the customer is always right.....have you ever heard that? If you want, answer me again, shoot yourself in the foot again. Now even more... never again your customer
Averagely stocked pharmacy, possibility of ordering missing medicines quickly and punctually. Also inside are beauty and personal care products. Numerous, competent and courteous staff, difficult to be forced to wait even in a period like this of distances and pandemic, thanks to 3 stations almost always operating simultaneously, plus one dedicated to cosmetics.
Forced to return the oxygen cylinder, still half full, despite being in danger of respiratory failure, under stress saturation even 78 or 84, still six months after Covid. At least, unlike other puddipizzari, they did not ask for a deposit and create problems when delivering the cylinder and we must take note of this. So an initial thank you, but a strong final regret for their insistent and risky request.
Very bad experience I was given a blood sugar measuring machine to replace the one I already had provided by the hospital, as I was exempt I didn't spend anything on the new machine + test strips + finger prick. cause: they don't handle the test strips for the one I already had. ok at the next visit with the diabetologist I was informed that the machine provided by the pharmacy is not reliable as a measurement, as it gives higher values. I inform the owner of the pharmacy who doesn't even question whether what I was saying might be true or not, she simply replies "that the machines are all the same" in a rude tone. Just do an internet search to see that the model provided by the pharmacy is the cheapest. I would have preferred to have been better informed, both by the doctor who did not warn me not to take other machines other than the one already supplied, and by the pharmacist who evidently was not aware of the difference between one machine compared to another. All this paid for by the NHS result: I have two machines, an exemption for gestational diabetes, and I find myself having to buy test strips and finger pricks for the first machine! Poor information, as usual to the detriment of the user.
Very bad experience, one of the doctors was very rude, rude, discourteous and unprofessional. I won't set foot there again...elsewhere there will surely be better people.
