Very incompetent and not willing to help. I was looking for a not every-day kind medicine. I gave them precise name, ingredient, specification. They say this is not possible to order in Italy. Only in Vatican. Even second person said the same. They didn't take much effort to look. I went to another pharmacy, and they found it right away in their system, and they offered to order it for the next day.
You can find whatever you want and if they don't have they could make order for you
Beware - their Covid-19 test is printed in a very informal paper and with handwritten notes. Therefore, Lufthansa airline didn’t approve it when we went to the airport. We almost lost our flight.
Very busy
They pass themselves off as a night pharmacy and when I got there as soon as I got off work at 11.45pm I had to call a cell phone because there was no one at the office when they answered they asked me for the prescription I needed astihistamine and cortisone because I had a allergy attack and they didn't give them to me and they said I had to go to the emergency room. Shameful, yes they pass off as a night pharmacy, I'm of the opinion that if they aren't up to par they wouldn't do it. I repeat, shameful
