7/01/24 I asked for a specific cream, they gave me something else (I was served by a person in a white coat), I took the number back and pointed out that it wasn't that one (I was served by a person in a green t-shirt with glasses) I asked for the money back and they resisted and wanted to give me a voucher Only when another customer agreed to take the voucher did they give me my money back. Yet it is obligatory to give the money back if the medicine is not the same or ask if you want something else or a voucher. I add a photo where it is clearer how to proceed.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday, I must say that the staff is really knowledgeable and kind, the prices are also attractive, I found many offers. I really recommend it

Sunny and courteous staff. Professional pharmacists always ready to solve problems. The cosmetics girls, kind and trained, carry out their work with passion and dedication, it is a pleasure to be advised by them. The warehouse workers are always attentive and it is difficult to find drugs and supplements.

My terrible rating does not go to the pharmacy but to the container for rapid swabs. Even though I had told the girl (I don't know if she was a nurse or pharmacist) that my quick swab done at home was positive, she gave me a swab WITHOUT GLOVES, which was also done very badly, and in fact it came back negative... after a discussion she gave it to me redone and in fact it was positive. Some people shouldn't work, but how do you do swabs without gloves? As a nurse and as a client I am frankly speechless!!!!!!! His response "I have the gel"...but what does that have to do with it? Does the gel give us the possibility of not wearing gloves? This is absolutely not the case! Crazy stuff
