Well-stocked pharmacy with very friendly staff.

I urgently needed to take a quick swab, due to a green pass for a ceremony, and I called on a Saturday morning to find out if it was possible to do it without a reservation and with such short notice. Doctor Giuseppe immediately proved to be understanding, asking me the reason for this urgency and offering to go to the pharmacy immediately, while explaining that there were no slots available but that he would put me in between one booking and another. I was struck by such kindness, understanding and attention to the customer. Maximum professionalism and friendliness also from all the pharmacy staff. Congratulations and thanks!

The service was fast and friendly

Having read on the website that the pharmacy carries out certified swabs, I called to book a swab. On the other end an unconvinced voice asks me a series of questions 'why do you want to do this? 'Did you come into contact with a positive?' 'When?' Well, only AFTER knowing that, yes, obviously I want to do a swab because I have a doubt (certainly not for the pleasure of doing it), the doctor tells me that it's not possible because 'they're too full of bookings'. He adds that if it is not necessary to receive the certification, I can send someone to buy the home kit.....ah, what geniuses!
