They are very quick to sell you drugs but very difficult to give medicines prescribed by the doctor. Ask yourself why there is almost never a queue, spoiler: they are slow to serve so I would blame something else. They sell drugs too easily but if you need them they smile falsely at you, rejecting the request with an unpleasant air of superiority. Luckily there are many other pharmacies with convenient parking while this one is inconvenient to reach and furthermore in the center you have to pay for parking; elsewhere you find greater courtesy and attention to problems. Having said this, after years of being a customer I happened to present an expired prescription but obviously repeated several times by the doctor and presented at the pharmacy as many times, they could have verified in an instant: does it cost so much effort to anticipate a medicine that is still necessary? The answer is yes for this Pharmacy. I recommend going elsewhere.

Really unpleasant experience, I went to get my second ear pierced and it was done completely incorrectly: in addition to being crooked, they were also done at different distances from the first hole (one quite far away, the other really too stuck together that I couldn't wear it). an earring with a diameter greater than two millimeters). Needless to say, once we asked for explanations, the pharmacist responded by saying that my ears "aren't symmetrical" (a nonsensical excuse that honestly made me quite angry). Furthermore, the price is (in my opinion) decidedly disproportionate, as €35.90 is really a lot even for a professional, let alone for a person who does it badly. Nothing to say except that I will go and make them again as soon as they close again (naturally I will go to another place).

I only went to this pharmacy once because I was in Legnano for another errand but I don't think I will go back. The staff is unprofessional and not very competent in my opinion, they didn't remove the label from the box and I had to go back, I wasted a lot of time since I'm not from Legnano. They didn't even adequately apologize for the mix-up, they should select the staff better.

I went there and they treated me badly, I asked for ear piercings close to closing time and they didn't do them, also I was there to buy a medicine and the staff were very unpleasant, people who don't know how to do their job and they don't know how to treat people! I advise against anyone going there also because Legnano is full of other pharmacies
