Yesterday I purchased a product that was 20 euros more expensive than other pharmacies...

I ordered a drug on April 24th but today is April 30th and I still haven't received it in more than 48 hours...also I contacted customer support but they don't respond.

It's an unpleasant situation to find yourself in a pharmacy with lazy staff, higher prices than other private pharmacies and also not very friendly... and uninformed. I would say to everyone, fail. They don't deserve you to spend from them. Really bad!
