First time purchasing from an online pharmacy and it was a positive experience, as well as having discounted prices they were ready to assist me with a problem. Advised
Medicine boxes arrived dented and damp. This is because they don't know how to prepare shipping boxes. They sent the goods in a package that could have been suitable for biscuits in the supermarket. Without internal cellophane to protect from rain or anything else, and above all without protection from possible impacts. Sent email but no response. Naturally, we have to pay for any returns.
Unfortunately, in my first order received on 6 cm, two products did not correspond to what was advertised in the photo (10 vials of lactic ferments instead of 12). Furthermore, despite my request to have advanced deadlines, the same two packs expire after 7 months (I expected at least until next summer as I have always purchased). I received no response to these complaints, made by email. I recommend other pharmacies.
My husband ordered a face sunscreen with protection 100. But he was sent a sunscreen with protection 50 that he doesn't need and now he has to return it at his own expense for 6 euros.
Very slow shipping. order 36734 paid with PayPal on July 5th. As of today, July 18th has not yet arrived. In a few days we have to leave for holidays without the sunscreen we ordered. Unacceptable !!!
